TimeSplitters: Future Perfect is a first-person shooter video game developed by Free Radical Design and published by EA Games for the PlayStation 2, GameCube and Xbox video game consoles. It is the third game in the TimeSplitters series, after TimeSplitters 2, which was released in 2002 (itself the sequel to TimeSplitters released in 2000). The game features a single-player mode consisting of levels where the player assumes the role of Sergeant Cortez, a time-traveling marine from the 25th century.

TimeSplitters was never a great series but it had some solid entries, this is one of them. The mechanics of shooting are quite good here and there are loads of customization options in both the single and multiplayer.

The story mode has great and memorable cutscenes, but is hampered by lame and rudimentary level design with meh boss design. But really, no one plays Timesplitters for the campaign - the multiplayer content has been improved substantially and the aiming is far more functional than the previous game even on controller. The challenge mode is mostly recycled, but it offers new and better balanced challenges that are still fun. I rank this higher than the prequel due to polish and content alone.
