Tonic Trouble

The game boasts some nice animations and a colorful art design, but is otherwise pretty crappy. For one, the controls feel awful - for a game designed to be played on a stick, your movement feels like it has Dpad grid movement. Another issue is the controls for the powerups like flying and sliding feel finicky and unresponsive, making those sections unreasonably frustrating. The level design is mostly trite and uninteresting, often using collectables to pad out the game obnoxiously.
