Twisted Metal III

It's playable but goddamn did the new studio blow it with this title - The physics and momentum of the game are a lot slower and sluggish, the lore was butchered with the brilliant ending scenes becoming moronic, ugly CGI garbage, and they took out a lot of the cool abilities the 2end game had. Worse yet, it controls like garbage with the removal of mid-air steering and consisten momentum. It has some cool stage gimmicks despite its otherwise bland design, but this title is a big letdown.

Again, cars now feel strange and floaty. This isn't a big drop-off for the franchise, but this is certainly one of the lesser installments. It felt too smooth, too basic.

"Uhhh a grandma in a monster truck, uhhhh like a disco dancer but he drives a laser beam shootin' moped, hmmm an alligator on a cart."
