Bio: Films: I don't watch as many movies as I used to, but when I do see something that strikes a chord, I make a note of it. I watch a lot more Japanese films these days and consume a diet of Marvel films, for better or worse. But I have heart!!! I hope....

"I have the PS4 version but I don't have PSN. After a certain point it is impossible to progress and single player content isn't enough to justify putting in any effort. Looks good and plays okay but the very way it's designed betrays it. Also, they gave away the season pass for free and I downloaded it, but it's all useless content because it's all locked behind multiplayer. Stupid."

"This game was a revelation and I spent so much time on the multiplayer at its peak. I don't know if I could go back to that, but it at least does a few really good things and its story moments don't go as over the top as later entries would."

"Not much I can say about this game that hasn't already been said so I'll say one thing you probably don't know: the very original Famicom version of this game, not the one Nintendo did but the Bulletproof Software original, is terrible. But I have the original Game Boy version, which is really the definitive version for most people, and that one is untouchable."

"Although it took me a long time to finally beat the game (I got disinterested in it halfway through and it took me a couple years to try it again), eventually I was satisfied with the game enough to finish it. Is the end game wonky? Yeah, almost obnoxiously so. But getting there is at least good enough to justify the time you put into it."

"Valve hit it out of the park with this one, even given its troubled and long development cycle. I managed to enjoy it even on the original Xbox. Loading times on all platforms are really awful though! Plays great to this day."
