Resident Evil 6
Just for posterity:
I hear that the campaigns get boring as you play more, but I was playing as Leon and outside of a hokey beginning, I was starting to get into the game. I like RE as an action horror rather than survival horror, so all of that seemed fine to me.
But I wanted to take a break after playing for, I don't know, 30 minutes total, so I quit out. It said it was saving. Before I turned off the game I went to see what it would take to unlock skills but I had no skill points. Strange, okay. So I turned off the game and went to do something else. Came back and loaded my save and it kicked me back to I think the beginning of the chapter. So I said fuck it.
Look, it's not that it would take me a long time to get back to where I was. It's the principle of the thing, and after seeing people explain how it works, I just think it's absolutely bullshit and I won't always be able to play long enough to get to the points where it actually saves. And then I see people say that sometimes the saves don't even work?
I'd 100 percent play a remake, but I'm not going back to this.

Mini Review: Honestly, I didn't hate my experience for the short period of time I played. I mean, the QTEs are stupid but the game looked and felt good enough, and I don't mind RE being more action oriented. But then I thought the game saved and I quit out and I didn't realize how fucking ass the save system is, so now I resent the game and won't play it again, so I'll never know if any of the criticisms about things like the campaign are valid or not. I'd play a remake though.
