Assassin's Creed Mirage

Ubisoft hasn't learned their lessons from the issues of the last 3 games. This game has all the problems of those games aside from the size of the map and story. On top of that, it has the worst combat I've seen in the series, and the worst storytelling. A smaller game should allow more resources to be poured into better production quality and storytelling, and it's clear that didn't happen. The ending was good, but even that didn't go as far as I would have. Really disappointing game.

Back to basic in most senses, which is both refreshing and somewhat underwhelming. The Bagdad setting is wonderful and the return to stealth focused gameplay much appreciated, but the story is passable at best, and the underlying game engine feels both stiff and past its prime.
