The story may as well be non-existent but the shooting is excellent. The gameplay is thoroughly satisfying and has a good level of challenge. The visuals are pretty good for the time.

Has some of the most satisfying gunplay I've ever seen in a shooter sheerly due to the presentation. While they do exaggerate the environmental effects, this game is gun porn at its finest. Despite this, the game does suffer from diversity in gameplay. While it is insanely satisfying to shoot people and blows things up, the levels and objectives feel very samey and when they do diverge it shows just how crappy the ai can be. despite this, it's a damn fine shooter but not a great one.

Aimed for a shooter Burnout and nearly nailed it, worth a look.
