Combat

The first game developed for the 2600, and the pack-in for the system. Featuring numerous creative variations on the 2-player shooter matches of Atari's then-hot arcade title Tank (some of which instead involve planes). For a 2k cartridge developed while the system was still in prototype, not at all shabby. Going into bouncing bullet, invisible tank mode sort of works as a single player score challenge in a pinch.

Came free with the Atari 2600 knockoff from Sears. Gets old fast and makes you wish the thing would also play Pong.
