Dark Cloud 2 takes all of the unique aspects of the original: City-Building, weapon upgrading, customization and amps them all up to 11. New systems and old systems with appealing graphics and wonderful music and voice acting. Dark Cloud 2 is PS2 perfection.

Arguably the best action RPG on the PS2, and an incredibly deep game overall. There's a neat weapon upgrading system, tons of sidequests and minigames, and randomly generated dungeon levels. The story is kinda juvenile, but I wouldn't fault it for that, just makes me wish I had played it when I was a kid.
