No specific goal to follow

I'm sure there exists a whole lot of fun content in Don't Starve, but I know I'll never see most of it, because every run requires so much prep time just to reach a point of basic survivability before you can even think about exploring new places or trying new things. And if RNG isn't on your side, you might just dedicate 2-3 hours to another doomed session. The game requires too much work before you're allowed to have fun.

Not being able to restart where you died is a big negative.

This is really an ingenious game, just not my thing.

Wish I liked this game more, but the beginning takes way too long.
