In Old World Blues, the Courier is abducted and unwittingly becomes a lab rat in a science experiment gone awry and discovers how some of the Mojave's mutated creatures and dangerous technology came to exist. The main plot has some interesting beats with regards to the effects isolation has had on the Think Tank, but this gets hampered by a really stupid plot twist that needlessly vilifies them. Not to mention a lot of the humor is weak, but I didn't particularly find it overbearing since most of the time you're not interacting with any of the characters. That aside, the world building is pretty cool and there's a lot of neat things to find, so it's not a total waste of time.

Best and funniest F:NV DLC right here. I got a heartwarming surprise after I completed it and got back to my base, too. :)

This was really fun to roam around in.

My favorite New Vegas DLC is so damn funny when amping up the retrofuturist vibe of the Fallout world, and adding even more B-movie to the mix. But with all the fun and laughs it's easy to forget how freaking dark the story is. And somehow, this made me cry by the end.

Absolutely ridiculous expansion that can be thought about deeply. Some of the most fun someone can have in a game with outrageous concepts brought to life and interesting personalities to scrutinize the main character.

This DLC is big and has a lot of opportunities for exploration and humor. The problem I have is that the humor of the Think Tank is funny for 1 or 2 encounters but you end up talking to them multiple times and it gets very old by the end. It doesn't help that the final story beats of this, while somewhat funny, are based on major contrivances in the plot.
