Hyrule Warriors

Pretty much the exact same shit as literally any other Musou game. Hell, even the character designs have more of a Koei vibe to them than Zelda. It does have some decent conveniences such as a teleport function and they get a bit more creative with item usage and enemy design, but that doesn't save the game from being a shallow mashfest with flat, boring level design.

I enjoy the completely over the top cornucopia of Zelda mythology and references and in jokes but the gameplay, while fun in a sheer brain numbing constant action kind of way (not unlike a classic arcade game with better graphics) gets old well before the end.

This game is trash. I ran around killing bad guys like I am playing Lord of The rings and that was it. They don't give you a map, they don't progress you fwd after you beaten all the enemies. I am running around everywhere to a dead end. Reading small text is required. I don't understand why I need to read when I play these new gen games. Just trash. They don't know how to make majority of games anymore.
