It is a deeply affecting game but only because of the Harlan Ellison story. It does absolutely nothing to even try to expand or eclipse this source material: it turns the story into a video game and nothing more.

Features one of the most fascinating plots I've seen in a game while also having some interesting puzzles to go along with it. Even the voice acting is pretty good which is remarkable for a game made in the 90's.

Half the stuff in this game is just absurd, making it really hard to rate. This score is mostly high from my respect for the sheer audacity in pretty much everything about the game.
