I enjoy the story/characters, love the beginning. But really, it's a pretty shallow RPG mechanically. I mean, if you choose an enemy and that enemy dies... the character attacks the empty space. But I don't care, I still love the game, especially at the time. That's why it gets an 80.

I more want to like it because it's a fantasy RPG than it does it well, because it's very formulaic. It's balanced and that's good. But the characters don't have any great depth, it's just the same kind of light-warriors saving the world story, which had been done, before and better.

A very simple (in terms of gameplay, graphics and story) RPG but one with nothing really wrong with it either and that is perfectly playable if you're into the retro RPG vibe.
