Mafia: Definitive Edition

Great way to handle a remake. Looks great, the story is full of cliches but undeniably cinematic, and most of the acting is pretty good, except the main guy has this annoying habit of loudly exhaling at the end of every single line, which you cannot unhear once you notice it. The city looks incredible, but there's nothing to do in the open world, and you can't even take your own route to missions, so it might as well just be a linear story.

Better than the original game but it's still terrible gameplay. I like that it's linear & you do each chapter in order until the end. However the gun play in this where you aim at the enemies is terrible. A lot of times you'll die cuz you didn't shoot them fast enough or you're reloading your guns. Very limited weapons at that. Felt like a struggle more than anything to beat this said game.
