Probably most comparable to Slay the Spire if you are looking at comparisons to see if you are interested. I feel the biggest difference is the best way to win Slay the Spire is to build a balanced deck, but with Monster Train you want to find a seam that let's you ball out of control. Its lots of fun if you at all enjoy the genre of deck builder that takes 30 min - 1hr to beat with insane amounts of replayability and strategic depth.
