Pokémon Colosseum

I'm not sure if I was desperately wanting Pokemon to innovate on itself and willing to accept anything to that end. I ended up playing this for more than it deserves, and really more than Pokemon deserves.

I'm a bit mixed on this title. The art design is great, and despite some poor quality animations, the graphics are decent too. I also love how creative they got with Pokemon comps and the challenge that came along with it. However, the shadow system was fucking stupid (FUCK SHADOW RUSH) and the level design was a lot blander (at times obnoxious) than the standard Pokemon game. Despite the cool ass intro, the plot has a lot to be desired as well. Neat idea, but could use some tweaks.
