An amazing game, pushing out into the possibility space of visual novels, full of deep and complex relationships, adorable and hilarious goofery, and fucked-up horror shit. The system of character traits is just the start of the variety of characters you can build thru your choices, and the spectrum of story you can see based on their consequences. It's obvious to say, but if you like Slay the Princess, check this out ASAP. Also, Kaneeka is absolutely the best, what a cutie.

Dropped. The chapter 1 beginning was quite good... the weird and unnerving reality sets up a great horror atmosphere. But as it introduces normalcy through excessive dialogues, it became boring. 90% talking uninteresting topics. 10% of it is horror. It's like playing horror game and what you get is: walking around in a bright environment, reading books about the place, and talking to a friend casually. Zero tension/no stakes. The animal dialogue & choice options feels out of place and whacky.
