Shadows of Doubt

An iteration on Warren Spector's "one city block" concept that almost works. Contrary to what I'd read, the underlying simulation does an impressive job of remaining consistent, and every case is pretty workable if you avail yourself of all your (admittedly sometimes tedious) investigative options. Unfortunately, one play-through is all you'll need to more or less exhaust the game's possibilities, though you'll likely get at least one memorable story out of it.

A great idea, unfinished. Lots of the missions are unplayable because there is no way to get more information without getting killed or arrested.Updates stopped not long after it's release. Not worth playing unfortunately. Hope someone makes a finished version of this some day.
