Much improved over the already strong debut. Felt a bit short, but there's tons to do if you're interested. An open world game must above all feel immersive and engaging and this game pulls it off well. In the running for best Star Wars game ever made.

A decent sequel, but a little bit buggy. Really similar to the first game, but has some cool boss fights. The game is easy overall, but man there are some incredibly frustrating parts - it feels imbalanced at times. The graphics and sound are high quality, but something about the narrative just didn't grab me. I thought the original was better in that regard.

This was an incredible game. It improved on the first game in every way, but especially with a more interesting story. This very much feels like the Empire Strikes Back of this series, which is fantastic. My one complaint would be that we can't equip more than two stances at a time. Ends up making the rest be underused. If Ghost of Tsushima can do it right, so can this game. Hopefully either in a patch, or at least in the sequel.

Respawn's new GOW/From-Frankenstein works way better than it has any right to, although they also adapted the WORST aspects of said games: heaps of uninteresting side-characters (GOW) and clunky gameplay that makes certain passages unnecessarily frustrating (From). Storywise...well. It's disney star wars. They still butcher the past for recognizability (reducing once epic stuff to eyerolling gimmickry) and when there's opportunity to do something bold, they drop it to have sequel bait. Meh.
