maybe there's some interesting sci-fi and philosophy jumbled around here, but my god if this isn't the most concentrated anime bullshit i've experienced in...probably forever. it indulges all of anime's most unpleasant features, including pointless plot mazes, mawkish sentimentality and repulsive misogyny. the last one bears emphasizing, as there were at least two occasions where the protagonist literally sexually assaults a woman and the game passes it off as hilarious time travel shenanigans.
