Trash game..Not as smooth as street fighter 2...Controls were terrible.

Parrying is a bit of a cheesy mechanic that's overly rewarding for someone like Chun or Yun, but otherwise, the game offers a lot of variety and options that, while technically having depth, are not balanced properly with the end result being a lot of homogeneity in competitive play. 3rd Strike has the right ideas, but it could be more polished. It's a bit overrated and the balance of this game is pretty bad, but I won't deny that this is one of the smoothest, most stylish fighters ever made.

Been a good while but I remember liking it more than my friends, look forward to playing when it's re-released as part of that 30th package thing.
