The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon

2003
Action, Adventure
Unlike the first expansion Tribunal, which added a city separate from the world map consisting of interior cells, Bloodmoon adds a large new island to the original world map, a cold northern territory named Solstheim. Rather than the Dunmer (dark elves) that are the indigenous race in the nearby Vvardenfell, Solstheim is populated largely by the Nord race

I really liked this, except the little dudes riding pigs who make that horrible noise. The Elder Scrolls games are pretty much my favourite games but they insist on bombarding you with enemies who make annoying noises I have to mute. The cliffracers in original Morrowind and the Goblins in Oblivion are other examples.

Good for adding a new environment (snow!) and a settlement that players can govern and expand, but the main quest is rather weak and has too much filler combat. And to be perfectly honest, I don't really want to be a werewolf.
