If you ever wanted to play the Sims, but you're watching your brother play it, so he gets to decide how the house looks, this is the DLC for you... Also you can adopt Skyrim children, who thought that was a good idea?

Building a house is fun but not nearly as interesting as it's original price tag would suggest it is. Get this with a bundle or don't get it at all.

I liked building your own houses, though it's not the most exciting stuff.

This DLC feels mostly worthless. Aside from adding some assets that make for some cool mods, what this DLC adds is trivial - Adoption offers literally nothing to gameplay and feels more like an accessory to your home. Actually building your home feels tedious and boring, especially since you can get far larger and more intricate homes if you just browse the Nexus. In a "life sim" sort of way what this mod adds could be interesting, but ultimately the whole thing feels kinda unnecessary.

There's a certain kind of player who would pay real money to adopt virtual children. I'm not that kind of player.
