Another good game I played on the Sega Genesis. Rented this one as I never beat this game.

The game has really fluid visuals and animation which compliments its solid controls. However, the hit detection is terrible and causes lots of cheap deaths. It's a crapshoot whether or not jumping on an enemy will hurt them. While the levels aren't inherently badly designed, they reuse a lot of the setpieces and gimmicks which can get tiring at times. Generally speaking while the game has some great sections, the game as a whole is inconsistent in quality and feels really lazy in certain parts.
