The Sinking City

There are a LOT of lovecraftian elements put in there, but it feels mostly as fan service with no real depth. Still the city is unorthodox and it's a very good setting. The biggest flaw is the investigation system which requires almost no effort except to click on white dots.

(PS5 version): a mixed bag in terms of realization, mostly due to the small studio. i like lovecraftian stories, and this one and its setting struck the right chords with me. technically it's a big mess, though. stiff and buggy with weird transitions (especially when diving), jerky, outdated combat mechanics and some pretty cringeworthy acting. but hey, you can destroy mankind and make the world end, so who am i to complain?
