I appreciate the more cinematic moments, and God of War gameplay is always fun, but the Roguelike style is not my cup of tea, repeating the same areas over and over and over again to me just feels like filler rather than proper game design. While this may enhance the game slightly, it doesn't feel critical to play this. Everything important about this is already conveyed in the ending of Ragnarok imo, and while the ending cutscene especially is nice, it doesn't really change anything about that.
