|
80 47% | Rage 2 (2019) - Jun 08, 2021
"There’s a lot of bad stuff in this - the map sucks, the story sucks, a lot of the side activities kinda suck - but this might be my personal favourite FPS combat ever. It’s SUCH a blast, taking my favourite things from DOOM 2016 and adding even more fun and silliness. Just a shame the game around it isn’t so hot."

90 85% | Outer Wilds (2019) - Jun 08, 2021
"GOAT-level, and not just because of the alien that looks like one! (I can’t remember if there actually is an alien that looks like a goat in this game but it seemed like a good joke so I wrote it anyway)"

75 28% | The Outer Worlds (2019) - Jun 08, 2021
"I enjoyed this quite a bit for the exact amount of time it took me to finish it and then it left my mind completely. Decent, but nothing more."
|
65 11% | Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (2019) - Jun 08, 2021
"Tons of potential hampered by bad combat, tons of jank, and irritating backtracking"
|
65 11% | Days Gone (2019) - Jun 08, 2021
"There’s a lot of potential floating around in here - I’m interested to see what Bend make next - but also a lot of boring crap and godawful writing. The last third is by far the best, with you being able to deal with hordes (easily the highlight) and the story actually getting somewhat interesting, but it’s a REAL long game and so much of it beforehand is a huge slog"
