"Tried really hard to get into this, but just couldn't do it. Intro stages dragged on forever before letting you actually do anything. Once through, I expected there'd be some good game to play before tackling the "build your own", but other than some very brief samples, I don't recall there being any. Building your own felt clunky and confusing... don't see how kids were able to enjoy this, much less anyone else."

"Fun shooter that doesn't take itself too seriously. Visuals are unlike anything else out there. Loadout progression and ability to choose from vastly different characters with very different fighting styles makes for high replay value."

"Having seen the previews before release, we all know it could have been so much better. In a few areas, you can't be certain if you've done everything needed, and once you move in a certain direction, you're not allowed re-entry; which can be pretty frustrating, especially if you've no desire to play through again. Story is a bit warped in several aspects. My least favorite of the series, this is still a great game and has decent replay value."

"My favorite of the Bioshock series... 2 allows us to revisit our beloved Rapture, but from a wholly different perspective. We're already familiar with the story of Rapture, so the story doesn't need retelling; events here take place after 1, with some additional details from the past made known. The combination of unique combat, skills tree, game-in-game and even the sometimes annoying puzzles all add to its replayability."

"This is one of the first games I played on PS3, and I quickly fell in love with Rapture and the world of Bioshock. Watching my brother playthrough nearly a decade later, I was amazed at how well the game had held up over time, and how much I wanted to play it all again."

"My favorite game of all time. Everything from the fantastic story, to the varied and challenging gameplay, to the perfect musical scoring adds up to GOAT. As enjoyable watching someone else play through the first time as it is when you're the one playing. One of very few games that I've enjoyed playing through again, and look forward to another go in the future. Can't wait for part II!"
