Choplifter

Developed originally for the Apple II, the player is a helicopter pilot sent repeatedly into enemy territory to rescue hostages held by the Bungeling empire. Difficulty ramps up as the enemy is alerted to the player and deploys countermeasures in the form of tanks, fighters, and anti-aircraft weapons.
