Far Cry 5

I’m tempted to knock off a point for the excessive and somewhat exhausting number of mandatory momentum-killing capture sequences, but ultimately I enjoyed the time spent exploring and gunning through this open playground of rednecky Americana. Cougar sidekick ftw

A step down from FC3/4 for two big reasons, first the replacement of the XP system with challenges sucks and doesn't work for RPing. Second the villains are so 2D and boring in comparison with Pagan Min/Vaas, oh so this ten thousand member cult is predicated on some tattooed douchebag preaching Darwinistic apocalypticism? There's no charisma or nuance to make the Seed clan feel compelling. Finally the forced capture system gets more and more absurd, esp. when you've killed their family members.

Hot gameplay tip: black guy with the far cry primal skin, but give him the rainbow 6tactical pants , and then sunglasses and become wrath against these dumb crackers.

Fun at the beginning. Quickly becomes a drag..

Objektif baktığımda nefret ettiğim Far Cry 3'ün değerini az da olsa arttırdı benim gözümde Far Cry 5. Daha yüksek puan vermemin sebebi kesinlikle 3'e göre daha fazla eğlenmem. Bok gibi bir açılışın ardından oyun yavaş yavaş açıldı ve eğlenceli bir hale büründü. Son 5 saatin baygınlık geçirtmesini saymazsak.

If reviewed in a vacuum then this would be a much better game, but we live in a world where open worlds are constantly released. This doesn't offer anything; there's no hook, nothing to set it apart from other open world games. Everything is decent, passable, but despite finding some enjoyment I think the silliness and entertainment value of this has been overblown. It's an okay FPS open world. Also, the drug scenes are boring. My fandom began and ended with FC3.
