Mario Golf

A surprisingly deep game that requires you to understand and utilize a lot of mechanics such as club types and weather conditions. The harder challenges can actually be kind of frustrating, but still rewarding nonetheless. Given this, the game is very intuitive - the camera gives you a lot of means to examine your shot and you're given a lot of information on what will affect your shot. The courses, especially those found in mini-golf, can be kinda bland but they're serviceable for this title.

One of the best golf games I've played - coming from someone who has never particularly liked golf games. Based on looking at some screenshots and videos I bet the GameCube sequel is better but I haven't played it.

Ok game. Very hard to hit the ball perfectly in this. Bar meter is complicated as you have to figure out what number on the meter is the actual number to figure out. When they could have just have a numeric bar meter to make it easier for people playing this game the first time.
