It's mario kart. Fun multiplayer experience. That's about it.

I will be shocked if Mario Kart ever gets better than this. The controls have never been tighter, the maps never more varied and fun, the items never more unbalanced -- yeah, it's everything that makes Mario Kart fun amped up to eleven.

Blue shell bullshit so who cares

Really fantastic stuff, been playing it now and then for four years now and I still enjoy it. Something like 48 levels if I remember right, almost all of them very complex in design and gameplay, the play control tight and perfect, the items and characters all well-balanced, and you can even defeat the blue shell with the right item to counter it! Could arguably be the best Mario Kart.

This was a great release for me because while I owned Mario Kart 8 I didn\'t invest in any of the DLC, so with all of that included plus a pretty great battle mode this shot up to one of the best games on the Switch thus far and the best Mario Kart.

Nothing new, but still pure fun.
