Mastermind (1970)
A code-breaking game for two players. The codemaker chooses a pattern of four code pegs. The codebreaker tries to guess the pattern (both the order and the color) in as few turns as possible. It resembles an earlier pencil and paper game called 'Bulls and Cows'.
