Pathfinder: Kingmaker

The combat can be obnoxious in how it expects you to optimize fucking everything, ESPECIALLY at the final dungeon. But despite how poorly balanced that is, I found myself digging Pathfinder's narrative and the novelties of its structure. A lot of decisions manage to be interesting in terms of how it ties into your kingdom, although at times the morality can be overly binary I do think that the game allows for nuance and political intrigue especially in the companion questlines.

A good RPG, between this series and the Pillars of Eternity I spent hundreds of hours. :)

Terribly buggy at release, but I still slogged through it anyway. The kingdom management aspects were fun. The clearly unfinished parts not so much, but from what I understand, those have been fixed by now. I might even replay this one day, despite the massive length.
