Renowned Explorers: International Society

Despite the rng elements, this is solid. The rng affects your playthrough significantly, but it doesn't make it unplayable or centralizing to your strategy and it does create interesting scenarios for your decision making. The battles aren't particularly deep but they aren't braindead enough to be overly boring. There are also a lot of neat ways to build your party to cater to specific playstyles. However, it's a bit imba - getting gold is way too useful and some leader perks are almost useless.
