Sonic Generations

I'm not much of an expert on 3D Sonic but I enjoyed speeding and bouncing and rolling through the various levels; the game kept my interest and attention and had me jonesing to play some more when I was doing other things.

Excellent game as you got both Sonic 2D and 3D here just being very smooth game play..I got platinum for this and also completed the game 100%.

I don't get the love for this game. The 2D Sonic levels got butchered by the awful physics engine. There's no sense of momentum when playing 3D Sonic and the levels are still runners with boring enemy and level design. Not only that but despite boasting stages from throughout Sonic's history, The game still has the gull to pad it out with mandatory side missions which makes replaying level a chore. Sonic has been worse, but this game isn't good.

3D Sonic is on par with the Holocaust in the grand scheme of terrible things done by man. Well maybe not THAT strong, but they're atrocious.
