Puzzle
SpaceChem is an indie puzzle game developed by Zachtronics Industries, based on principles of automation and chemical bonding. In the game, the player is tasked to produce one or more specific chemical molecules via an assembly line by programming two remote manipulators (called "waldos" in the game) that interact with atoms and molecules through a visual programming language. So this was my introduction to Zachtronics games. It's quite good but I never finished because at a certain point it went over my head. I feel like that point will happen to most people and how much you enjoy this game depends on how far you can get before you hit that point. Very very very complex open ended puzzles.

It really needs a better set of instructions. I needed a youtube tutorial to figure out how it even worked. But once you figure out the basics, it is insanely addictive... and frustrating. I played it with a whiteboard nearby.

definitely fun and difficult, but i admit this sort of optimization puzzle doesn't interest me quite as much as the highly crafted logic puzzle of something like the witness.

Very technical and complicated. I'd rather put this energy towards my job than when I trying to relax playing a game. But if you like that, you'll like this. The tutorial is also terrible.
