Highly nostalgic of that era in the mid-1990's as a young teenager, hyped by the cinematic re-release of the original trilogy and before the prequels actually arrived. Everyone loved the Hoth level so much that Rogue Squadron almost felt like a spin-off game from it. I also distinctly remember the horror when you unwittingly released the wampa.

I'll take into consideration the fact that this game wouldn't hold up today but back in the N64 days? This was a surprising amount of fun. Great opening level.

This game and its stiff controls have not aged well, but I still respect how badass its Battle of Hoth opening level was and some of the latter impressively giant levels like that cliff/mountain planet and the sewers of Coruscant, with its terrifying giant dianoga boss.

Punishing. I'm a grown ass man, I keep telling myself, as I'm on my third try of the hour-long cliff planet trying to kill Boba Fett. It's crazy amazing just how much of the game is rote memorization - often, as in the train level, I found myself knowing exactly what to do, a decade after I last picked it up.
