Tomb Raider

Feels like it takes a lot from Uncharted, but Uncharted took a lot from older Tomb Raider, but older Tomb Raider was already taking from Indiana Jones...

Breathed new life into a hideously stagnant franchise by making her bubs reasonable.

Fun, just fun. At times, I felt the visual style was repetitive and quite frankly bland. Controls are intuitive and easy to understand. The story isn't great, but not too bad either. Characters are so and so. Larra is hot. Considering the fact that the game is a Tomb Raider game and is literally called "Tomb Raider", I feel like there could've been more tombs. This is definitely not a game I would play to completion regarding achievements.

A visually stunning reboot with fluid movement, intense set pieces (that waterfall escape!), and gritty survival vibes... drowned by tedious crafting, repetitive collectible hunts, and pacing-killing resource grinding. Lara’s origin story almost saves it—but the forced RPG-lite mechanics ("Gather 10 deer hides!") clash with the narrative urgency. Competent but Crushing:

Great grafix & well designed outfit lmao. The game is designed to make laura suffer XD. Not a fan of the action scenes & there's a lot of them. I hate the shaky camera during scenes. Hate the QTEs. Ammo's are too plentiful. Gameplay laura vs cutscene laura. I like the smooth animations. I like the fails in this game, it's pretty funny. The interesting parts were the tomb sections, laura being confident, & at the very end of the game; rest were shoot fillers or point A to point B.

I enjoyed it at first, but then felt repetitive.
