A surprisingly good game. The level design is really clever and plays up to the game's theme brilliantly while also being aesthetically pleasing. The control and camera are extremely smooth, and it feels rewarding to complete platforming challenges in this game. Sometimes levels force too much waiting and their verticality could be pretty obnoxious when you fall off, but the level design is otherwise top notch. A shame it's overly short, though. A few more levels would have made it greater.

As far as action-platformer-collectathons go, Toy Story 2 is fairly by-the-numbers. What sets it apart is the amazing level design. The appeal of exploring seemingly tiny areas as a tiny toy adds a wonderful layer to the game.
