A janky, mechanical mess of a game. The MK style sprites are neat in theory, but in this game they look really messy and they outright copied the animations from those games but somehow made them even jankier. This is made all the worse by its confusing level design complemented by its awful and slow combat. Even the music in this game is awful. The only good thing about this game is seeing Batman travel around by rolling into a ball, which is absolutely hilarious.

Stiff Mortal Kombat play control engine wrapped around a dull beat 'em up platformer with hideous "realistic" graphics that have aged like fine milk.

Wasn't this the game where you had to press Select to grapple up from a seemingly dead end? And it was the least intuitive thing on earth because no one, not even gamer kids, used the Select button for gameplay. The fucking Select button. Fuck.

Take a bad movie, make it into an even worse game. ??????? Profit. The controls are lousy and somehow the visuals don't work either.

Terrible - there is no excuse for stiff animations and clunky gameplay in an action game.

I admire the attempt at porting Mortal Kombat into a platformer but the rest of this game is hideous. There are only 4 or 5 enemy types for the entire game, the controls are clunky and the level design is absolutely inscrutable. I can't imagine anyone playing this stopped as a result of dying - it's very easy - but rather just turns the game off because they have no clue what to do or where to go.
