Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

The guys are guys, but these women are FRENCH. Like, incredibly French. Anyways, Francois is my favorite character, the dodge/parry added to the turn based style in a very enjoyable way. Story good, sound track out of this world, no bugs, no crashes, no tech problems, lots of content, lots of optional content. Would recommend if you like good games, killing mimes, or women who are French.

Third act's a little rushed but not enough to knock this down points because it still has its moments. Basically everything else here is impeccable. Banger OST with one of the GOAT world map songs. Deep turn-based combat. Good progression with allotting points and Pictos. Beautiful world. Memorable characters. Not open world but yet the world map is fun to explore. And of course, the best part, a grief-stricken plot that's always intriguing and emotional. Even the humour hits.

What a terrible game. You run forward like in some lousy racing game, and during combat you have to press the spacebar at just the right moment to win. It’s absurd that this game has such high ratings. On top of that, it’s so buggy that it freezes every few minutes.

one of the best Games

amazing narrative exploring the legitimacy of art as a self sufficient product

Story falls off in 3rd act, difficulty becomes agonizing towards the end

increible

2nd half of the story was a little letdown

-1 weil frankreich halt...

A game that deserves all the accolades it's gotten. Just a beautiful, emotional, rewarding experience.
