More engaging characters in this one, but a letdown of a final boss fight, eh? This series still isn't really hitting its stride.

i remember loving the dog and the quest trail but the story wasnt there enough. i need to replay it to really know though. guns were meh right? and is this the one where you get a few options and one us bringing your dog back to life so it's the only choice?

Fable II is without a doubt a step down from the original. As could be expected. It does however contain a very energetic combat system, a story worthy of the first, and enough new content to warrant a sequel. However the lack of a final boss in the climax may leave a bad taste in your mouth.
