Kickle Cubicle

I'm enjoying going through these old NES puzzle games that I ignored as a child like Adventures of Lolo. Kickle is in the same vein with slightly better gameplay as the ice-shooting ability is satisfying and the graphics seem overall sharper, as well. It is a bit easier, though, which isn't a bad thing but I enjoyed the bonus levels more than the main game levels.

Somewhat amusing with a likably smooth cartoony graphical style and fairly intuitive block-based single-screen gameplay, though in terms of this kind of NES grid-based action-puzzle it feels like a bit of an also-ran to the Lolo trilogy to me.
