Best Streets of Rage game and probably the best beat em up of all time. 4 characters to choose from this game. Each character has their own unique special in this one. 8 stages in this. Takes about 1 hr 30 min -2 hours to beat.

I had a hell of a lot of fun playing this on the Dreamcast with my brother. The characters were different enough that we could both pick something to our playstyle. A solid Double Dragon clone.

While I didn't like that this game took out the utility of jumps from SoR1 and it has this issue of combo windows being too short, this is overall an improvement. I think the game has far better use of ai and enemy design in that it pushes you to use differing forms of cc upon various approaches. I also dig how they expanded the movesets and blitz create more avenues for combat. Also, the soundtrack is damn jamming!
