Way too hard, but it looked cool.

Better than your average SNES platformer because not only does it handle the platforming well, it also serves the Star Wars license great. It successfully translates the story into levels and allows you to play multiple characters with slightly different play styles. I have never liked any of the NES/SENS attempts at flying levels but that's ok because the rest here is pretty fun.

what the actual fuck lol once you get over it just having a star wars skin, it's kinda a cool rapid shooter with too many constant enemies lol

Everything feels floaty, difficult, and the punishment for death is crazy steep. I wish I could say this game was good but I just can't. It isn't balanced in any way that makes it fun to play.

The Super Star Wars trilogy was difficult, with tough jumps and tough enemies with kind of strange hit detection, but a pretty fun way to play through the original film trilogy in a different light.

Fuck this game.
