Void Bastards

Grafix is uniquely good (comic style) for environments. But models are flat 2d. Weapon are not satisfying to use, especially the shot gun (No impact whatsoever). Don't like jargon. Some enemies/traits are designed to be annoying. Don't really like that you need to stare at the corner map to check scavengeble items, breaking immersion & the more u do it the more uncomfortable it is. Because it's a roguelite, you want to be optimum & efficient, meaning you'll be staring at the map 90% of the time.

Fun with a good visual sense but these roguelikes aren't for me so I don't get a lot of enjoyment out of it. I would have rather have had a game like BioShock and System Shock 2, a fleshed out shooter RPG. Oh well.

Turns boring and repetitive very quickly.

Really fun scavenging shooter, it just felt a tad short (Epic says 11 hours to finish the main story). Played on highest difficulty, and recommend it. Normal difficulty would probably have felt -super- short.
