12% The Callisto Protocol (2022) - Rated 06 Aug 2023
"Glen Schofield’s return to survival horror since Dead Space is sadly underwhelming. Atheistically and graphically, The Callisto Protocol is a treat in the world of horror, and compliments its atmosphere extremely well. However, the core game itself is painfully dull. Between story and game progression that’s cliche and reminiscent of Dead Space, boss battles are lazy and the game’s movement system punishes you during these sequences. On top of that, it’s easy to cheese this game’s short runtime."

10 91% Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009) - Rated 13 Jul 2021
"This was Call of Duty at it’s peak. Modern Warfare 2 kinda took this franchise to another level in the gaming industry. Between a very good campaign, great multiplayer with updates, new maps, deeper weapon customization, and even weird game modes like a 3rd person version, MW2 just did a lot of things that left this game iconic, and that’s not even including the Spec Ops (IW’s 3rd game mode since Treyarcg did zombies) providing once again, a great overall package to the franchise."

12% Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (2007) - Rated 13 Jul 2021
"Modern Warfare (2007) was absolute staple for it’s time. Quite possibly might be the most influential shooter of all time, and kickstarted one of the most successful gaming franchises of all time in Call of Duty. However, over time the game has shown it’s cracks. Even in the later remaster released in 2016, the games have made so many advancements since then. It’s still has it’s great maps and smooth gameplay, but it’s a pretty barebones shooter with a solid campaign at this point."
74% Alien: Isolation (2014) - Rated 13 Jul 2021
"Being that Alien is my favorite movie of all time, I have some bias, but Alien: Isolation is by far the best Alien game we’ve ever got. Level design is damn near perfect, leaving the atmosphere to be captured really well. The step back from the traditional shooters really tops this off, opting for slow pace that feels more in tune with the franchise’s roots. The Alien, and it’s dynamic A.I, make this the make terrifying the Aliens have ever been. It will be hard to ever top this."
56% The Evil Within 2 (2017) - Rated 13 Jul 2021
"For a sequel, The Evil Within 2 does a lot to distance itself from it’s predecessor. Between sandbox sections, refined gameplay, the removal of cinematic black bars, and very goofy story, TEW2 feels like the studio tried blending new mechanics (like most sequels should) and also trying to appease a more mainstream crowd. It honestly feels like Mikami tried catching that RE4 magic once again in attempt to shift the franchise a bit. It still is quite good, but TEW1 is clearly superior."
