This was a really solid game. I will say I'm not the biggest fan of Star Lord's voice, but I think the others all do a great job, even if they're slightly different from what I'm used to. The visuals are spectacular, and the music and sound design are great. The gameplay is not super complicated, but I enjoy the ability to make use of your teammate's special abilities, which can make the combat fun. The story is quite good.

A fun game that does a good job at telling a pretty decent story. The combat does get a bit repetitive after a while but the game isn't THAT long where it feels a chore. Graphics are good and so is the soundtrack too. Thought the bosses in the game were fantastic. Worth a play. Plat difficulty - 3/10

There's so much yapping in this. My favourite part was waiting for the conversation opportunities to time out. This is a story about outlaws who can't even swear.

What a magnificent story! One of the best MCU's shows! Amazing characters, outstanding dialogues, perfect locations, impressive plot twists. Without any doubt it's 10/10. At the same time it is a terrible game. Gameplay just sucks. Max 4/10. So in total it's 7/10 for me. If you seek recommendation, just watch this story on youtube, rather than playing.

I only played the cloud version demo, and it looked pretty amazing. With the demo you got a really short play time but wow! The graphics were amazing!

I respect what this is being a big budget Marvel game that makes good use of its license without being excessively ambitious, even if it's ultimately just aping Gunn's take on these characters. On the other hand, the gameplay is goddamn braindead where all combat is just cycling through abilities on CD which have ubiquitous utility and a very one note dodge mechanic. The bants were amusing enough but they can get overbearing at times and there were a lot of plot beats that just made me frown.

What I expected: another mediocre action-adventure. What I got instead: A Telltale-style adventure game with better graphics, massive amount of dialogue, humor that's more hit than miss, and some mediocre action that can be easily overlooked.
